I am Abigail Hamilton, a marketing and creative services expert who works with Somatic Vision. The thing I love most about the work I do is helping to connect people with effective stress management and treatment principles and approaches. I try to reach people like myself who have no medical or therapeutic background but who can benefit.

I'd like to say stress is not part of my life, but it is. And Somatic Vision products are a great way to keep it in its place without resorting to bad habits.
