I'll be posting a series of video tutorials covering the standard and clinical versions of Alive. Here you will get to see Alive through the eyes of Ryan Deluz, Alive's lead designer and owner of Somatic Vision.
Please let me know if you have any specific requests and I'll try to cover it in my next video.
The first tutorial is ready. This is an introduction to heart rate biofeedback using Alive named "Heart rate, breathing and stress." This tutorial will be most useful for people who are new to heart rate biofeedback, or are just getting started, or still novice users of Alive.
A tutorial for the Alive Clinical version is now available. This is important to watch if you are new to the clinical version of Alive, especially if you are not familiar with the backquote key ` and using it to open the Clinical Control Panel.
If you use the clinical version of Alive, please take a few minutes and make sure you know about all of the key clinical features presented in this video.
If you have the Clinical version of Alive and haven't tried using two Alive windows at the same time check out this video, it might just inspire you to go and get another computer screen if you don't have one already!
