The short answer is no, an emWave finger sensor does not allow you to train BVP.
Yes, the emWave measures BVP, but this BVP is automatically ranged within the emWave device before being sent out, so there is no information available about BVP amplitude, as amplitude is standardized/ranged within the hardware.
So, you can't train BVP with the emWave.
