Is the emotions feedback available with Lightstone?
And what respiratory rate info can I get? Do you have a graph of the respiratory rate in the session's review?

Alive Pioneer's emotion feedback is available and works well for use with the Lightstone, and in fact was originally designed for use with the Lightstone. Emotion feedback is an experimental measurement.
The Lightstone doesn't support a respiration (breathing) belt. You can see the breath pacer, so if you are breathing with the breath pacer then that is a rough estimation of your breathing. To actually measure breathing you need a BioSignals HS+ or GP8 Amp.
