Trouble Connecting to BioGraph Infiniti
Make sure you have the latest version of the Thought Technology BioGraph Infinity software. You must have version 2.5.2 or higher.
- If there is a connection error you should see an error message in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen. If this is the first error the Show Measurements window will appear explaining the error and what to do about it. Follow the instructions at the top of the Show Measurements window ("File->Show Measurements …").
- Make sure you do not have multiple copies of Inner Tube open.
- Make sure you do not have other Thought Technology plugins open (such as Particle Editor).
- Close BioGraph Infiniti and all Inner Tube windows. Restart your computer. Open BioGraph Infinity, load an SV channel set and begin playing back sample data, then open Inner Tube. See the full connection instructions.

Display Not Smooth
If you have a 2-screen display make sure that the Inner Tube display is on your primary monitor. You can change which monitor is your primary monitor by going to:Control Panel -> Appearance and Themes (if you are in category view) -> Display -> Settings. Click the "2" monitor and choose "Use this device as the primary monitor" (or click the "1" monitor and choose this to switch back).
If the display is still not smooth you may need to purchase a new graphics card. I recommend a new nVidia or ATI card. You should pay about $60-$120 for a good graphics card. Also try shutting down other active programs, or restarting your computer.
